I interviewed at State Farm (Dunwoody, GA)
It was LONG but worth it. I applied March 4th and got offered the job on April 12th. I had to do an assessment and then a video interview (automated where you just video record your response to questions that pop up on the screen). And then a final phone interview where I was offered the job and told about the scheduling and benefits etc.
- Why am I interested in working for State Farm?

Very easy! Roughly 8 questions, and the panel was very nice to talk to. Application process was also pretty quick as I applied a week ago and already have a interview

I was given assignment. I have completed and then I received an email that they liked my assignment and that scheduled an interview almost after month. I interviewed with technical team, managers and VP. My interview was good, I answered all their questions. Interview with VP also was good. We had a good conversation. Unfortunately I received an email that I wasn’t selected. I was wondering the reason. I email them for feedback. Maybe there were a candidate wetter than me or they already decided someone before. They just interviewed me since it was scheduled.
- ML models, metrics, imbalanced data, dealing with missing values… most of questions were from assignment.

Overall it's a decent process. I received a phone interview and the recruiter went through my CV, asked a few questions on SQL and R, and a few behavioral questions.

Virtual Interview . Interviewer explained that she was having technical difficulties with her camera so I was given the option to turn my camera off if it made me more comfortable. Also admitted that the company had filled the position, but continued the interview process as usual.
- How do you handle difficult customers, type of questions
