Done online with introductory meeting in a relaxed environment. Then I was selected for a followup interview on Teams which was thorough. Final candidates were then invited to a more thorough interview with various staff persons.

The process was standard, interviewer was nice and clear with the expectations. There was obvious criteria they were looking for and that was of a very corporate style office environment with little wiggle room for creativity.
