Panel based. Was composed of a correctional officer within the department and a lieutenant. The interview went very smoothly and the questions were not all that tough. I was offered a job a couple of days after the panel interview.

A very long process but rewarding To qualify and to become a leader in this industry you have to be a peoples person you have to know the difference between right and wrong I know that that is such a cliche but you can easily be suckered into doing something wrong what's something that does not seems wrong but is what is against policy and procedure
