      Initially applied and interviewed for another position. Did not move forward with original position interview. Received call about interest for this position. Did not hear back for several weeks. When I did interview, I was hired that week and started the following month. Due to experience and education, received higher than base advertised salary. Salary increases slightly every year of employment.
