Interview was granted around a week or so after job closed. Was sent a timeframe to schedule that, but when I replied to the times, I was told they weren't interviewing on certain days within what they said. I had to take a pre test before the interview and needed to get there 15 minutes early. It was a simple math test on figuring out what someone's gross pay would be. The interview had 4 people and they only asked one question each. They all seemed to be geared toward " how do you deal with people who aren't happy". I was allowed to ask any questions, and the whole thing took about 30 minutes with the test and interview together. They took two weeks to send out their decisions from there. The job schedule seems confusing as they say it's flexible but then it all depends on your schedule time of being on the phone,( which happens to be a minimum of 4 hours a day.)

The process includes a single interview with a panel comprised of front line supervisors, trainers, and managers. It is question and answer based, and all of the questions were provided at the start of he interview. After he interview was done there was a test, where you were given a situation and a piece of policy and asked to determine if the person in the situation was eligible for benefits.
