one interview and i got the offer, they were going to all these events trying to get people. They abuse the hell out of thier managers, they say 50 hour week, yeah right, try 65-70 hours

the person was very interactive, engaged, supportive and communicated well / timely. The guy was easy to relate to and made sure I felt good in the process and kept me informed of the process and different steps / people I would be talking with and job observation.

Single interview with the local franchise owner on site. Discussed needs of business, recent trends, past management experience from both location and personal, potential ideas for future growth. We discussed hours of operation, shifts expected to work, requirements of work detail including physical and mental challenges. Restaurant Management is a very demanding position with little to no downtime, very fast paced.
