Foi uma das entrevistas mais bizarras que já fiz. O entrevistador não falou nada da vaga nem da empresa. Quando terminei de me apresentar, ele disse que, mesmo que quisesse, o cliente não me aprovaria. E que, na verdade, eles nem devem contratar alguém externo. Preferindo por uma promoção interna.

Suspicious and weird. I have run projects for government and businesses. Hence, had also done HR transformation projects as well. This was the weirdest one because I could not validate if the job was really tied to Blackrock or not. I reached out to some friends in the company, and nobody was aware of such a role that would be filled by a staffing company. In addition, in the phone screening they said the next round would be an interview with a Blackrock employee. Yet, when I got the zoom link it was another Stefanini employee. Furthermore, they keep dodging essential questions that any project manager would ask. You don't even know which departments or functions or the number of manpower involved. Yet, when they FINALLY sent me the job description, the role's scope creep is HUGE as if they want to cover everything possible and then blame the new hire when things go wrong.
