I experienced an online interview. There was 3 managers present and they used a questionnaire to structure their interview. It was nicely organized and to the point. It wasn’t overly long.
informal information gathering process will little stress. The owner is active and informative with a great deal of enthusiasm. It is like joining a team rather than a job. The process was a zoom meeting with great response and a good deal of provided information.
