Stenberg College Program Advisor interview questions

I had two interviews, one interview was conducted over the phone and the second interview was in person. The interview was very different than what was mentioned in the job description. The interview was entirely focused on making sales, cold calling, call centre experience etc etc. The interviewer was weired, asked a lot of personal questions.
