Step One Automotive Group interview questions

No phone call conversation before, only wanted to discuss the job in person. 2 hr drive to get to the meeting location. Team of two interviewers, both unfamiliar with resume.

The process itself was simple, but the interviewers were very unprofessional in my opinion. I walked in 15 minutes prior to my interview which they seem to have forgotten they scheduled, because they told me I'd have to wait as they all went out for lunch. 40 minutes after my interview was scheduled I was finally ushered into an office with two interviewers. Neither seemed interested in getting to know my skills or prior experience but more so in boasting about themselves and the company. After 20 minutes of degrading "trick" questions, I was told I was liked so they'd "give me a chance" to complete a project for them prior to getting hired. After inquiring about salary I was balked at as if I should be grateful that they'd even considered giving me a project. Salary was far lower than the industry average. I gracefully exited, and did not look back.
