This was a prescreening call on the phone. The interviewer asked me a few questions about my previous experiences and my skills. She also asked about my willingness to commute and my salary expectations. Although the interview went well, it has been about three weeks and the recruiter has ghosted me even after following up with her via email. It has left an overall negative impression of the company.

Prescreening Call: After a couple of late replies from their HR, had a prescreening call for them to understand my profile, experience, and salary expectation - it was a standard and easy process (scheduled two weeks after the initial contact by them). Following up on the process for their shortlisting - no reply from HR yet. Overall, it seems HR communication is not in a timely manner and it leaves a negative impression on the company.
