Phone screening, in person interview with direct manager, in person interview with district manager.
Phone screener and direct manager seemed like people you'd want to work for and with. District manager was unorganized, unprepared, frequently talked over me, unable to answer any of the 4 questions I asked, was unaware and unable to locate anything on the comp plan.

Three Rounds of Interviews. First is with your direct manager over ZOOM and in person. After that you interview with your regional manager and finally with the training manager. If they all give you the ok they'll send you an offer. It all takes about 2 weeks.

First you spoke with the recruiter then interviewed with the district management. what motivates you? What is a hard time you had selling something. Tell me about yourself. Why this company? What are your expectations of this
