They do not respect your time. I applied to the position and received an email from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. I set it up and received the confirmation that it was set up, and when the day of the interview came nobody called me. I reached out to the recruiter only to receive no response, and the next day received an automated rejection letter saying they did not want to interview me. Stericycle has no respect for their candidates time. I took time to prepare for this interview, only to get ghosted. Says a lot about their company and their culture.

Interview
The interview process was swift and efficient. Met with a recruiter, then the VP of shared services and then my direct manager. The process was not drawn out and they communicated next steps very clearely.
I interviewed with 2 members of management via video conference and telephone. It was very straightforward and easy. Both members of management were very clear on what the process will be and what is expected.
