One virtual call with a handful of people and one in person meeting in their office with the same people. Both went great but the spacing between interview 1 and 2 already gave me pause. They indicated they wanted to move quickly after interview 2. Was expecting a third and final interview the next week. I never heard from them again. I eventually received word that the position was on hold. It was clear that there was some internal issues after the gap between the first and second interview, so the eventual “on hold” didn’t come as a surprise, but wasn’t any less irritating after they ghosted for almost two weeks. Please be thoughtful with your hiring processes. If you’re not ready to make the commitment, why are you wasting your own employees’ time in addition to candidates?

Interview
I had an initial phone call with a recruiter, followed by a Zoom call with two members of the legal department. It was a good interview. They asked me to review a title commitment and survey and prepare an objection letter.

Interview
Straightforward interview process and questions, very kind HR department, and great company overall. First round of interviews was with HR over Zoom, then I was invited in to the office to meet with 3 employees, and then ended up meeting and chatting with some senior level executives.
