Interview
I went into the store and picked up an application. Once I returned it, they immediately scheduled an interview with me. When I arrived, there were 3 other girls who were interviewing at the same time and since this store was in a mall, we sat outside of the store on a bench. Two women interviewed us. They asked the typical questions, like why do you want to work here, tell me about yourself. They also asked questions about your personality and how you perform in certain work environments.
Fast and easy and i loved the location of where it was at, the hiring manager was really nice and it was an easy process overalll if you think about working here do it!!
Expect to answer a lot about your view on helping clients, which sales strategies you like to use and why, and what makes you want to work there. Ideally, they want someone who can work under pressure and still sell.
