The interview was ad hoc, chill, and very comfortable. The hiring manager was nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the pay of $18/hour didn't seem fair for the tasks of the position.

Very detailed on shoe related topics, trends and materials. Know about the brand, the history and where it was originated. There are many items to consider when applying including how many locations are available and the differences between US and CA.
