I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stibo (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Several virtual interviews, providing the opportunity to speak with potential direct reports, counterparts, hiring manager and leadership. Everyone was pleasant and engaging throughout. Process took several weeks to allow discussions with so many staff members, which was appreciated. Final interview was a presentation of a case study provided 1 hour prior. Case study quite lengthy but was tackled in time. Gave evidence that only those who could think fast on their feet were brought into the company. Not a bad way to prove ability, though a bit nerve wracking.
I went to Stibo 3 times and was recommended by 2 people who worked there but the some of the men their that interview didn't like me and I believe for no reason other than I was not the same complexion as them. I know it is very hard to prove, but I am not understanding some the questions that was asked other than they just didn't want me there and was finding every little reason for me not be there. And after one African American worked there and quit he confirmed it.
