Had a Teams call with a plant manager and a VP. Went really well, I felt. Typical behavioral questions. Discussion about the position, company information, etc. After performing an online assessment that was sent over I didn't hear anything back for days. I followed up with the recruiter and was told they weren't moving forward with filling the position any longer. I asked for some feedback on how I personally did and how I could improve for the future the recruiter ghosted me and never replied.
