I completed the assessment in full, with only minimal email interaction with HR and the hiring manager during the process, and was ultimately told the company would not be moving forward. Without ever having an actual interview. Investing significant personal time into an assessment of this scope, only to be rejected without ever speaking to anyone, raises real questions about how candidates' and even employees' time is valued in this process.

Went through two rounds of interviews. The first was with HR, and proceeded on to talk to the Hiring Manager. All interviews were fully remote, and video conversations. E-mail communication was quick to respond, and to the point.
