An online interview, there two founders were sitting together in front of the screen and asking you questions alternately. They first asked me about my current situation like location, visa sponsorship and what I have been doing since graduation. Since they were interested in my portfolio submitted, they then began to ask questions about my projects in it. I was asked to introduce my favorite project, and in between they also raised questions about the details like what would be the further development plan for my project, how I did the research and reached the conclusion, what difficulties I encountered when conducting research. They also asked me how I would solve the problem if I was given a task to design for families or schools. Finally was the rhetorical session.

Can you lead us through your favorite project? How did you do research behind it, what led you to the idea? Lead us to the primary research and how you did it?what did you find out? During the research process what did you find the most difficult?
Phone interview about previous experience lightly touching on technologies that would be used. A week later, an in-person interview at office, where technologies, development timeline and company discussed, followed by a tour of the workshop.
