Stoli Group interview questions

Video interview with the HR Lead. The company representative was positive and polite. Basic questions but mostly about the candidate. Discussed my work history and the reasons for wanting to changes jobs. Simple, short, and to the point.

After applying received an email about a week later on scheduling an interview with Sabina and the hiring director. The odd thing was I was given only one date/time to schedule an interview. I would expect more than one time slot, felt as it was take it or leave it. I did provide a few dates and time and was able to secure an interview. The interview was about 30 minutes, the hiring manager asked a few questions and felt pretty good, Towards the end it was Sabina’s turn to ask question and seemed like she wasn’t paying attention as she asked me pretty much the same questions the hiring manager had just asked.
