Very straightforward interview process. Went over my previous food service experience and necessary certifications. Was asked how I would handle a problem while working with guests. Was offered the job and accepted. Worked there for about two years.

I walked into the restaurant, filled out an application. The next day, I received a phone call from the manager asking me to come. I answered maybe 3 or 4 standard interview questions and was offered the job.

Interview
Submitted application in person and had referral from current employee. Process took about a week from start to finish. Three part interview process. First interview is with a manager typically just looking over applicaction and getting finer details. Second interview is typically followed a day or two after the first with a different manager asking questions to gauge how you react to various scenarios. Third interview is with the GM asking any other questions that may have been brought up.
