Interview
No Technical questions, just a personality interview. They wanted to see if you fit the company culture. Very dude-heavy environment. If you can discuss anything about the public-equities markets, big plus.
Interview is more geared toward your fit with your team. More personality trait questions such as how well do you work with a team. Some simple finance related questions as well.
