The interview process took 3 weeks in total. First they had a skype interview and next called me for onsite interview. Onsite interview involved a presentation and meeting with bunch of faculty.

The interview process was very equitable and transparent. The questions were sent in advance, and no comments were made about taking notes. No belittling, and everyone was very kind. The interview was easy to set up and everyone did the best they could as it was during COVID.
