They only tell you about the good things. Not how it really is and what you should expect. And they know how it is. Didn't take me on a tour. After I started I learned why. It was because if I saw what total chaos the place is in and how dysfunctional and over complicated the place is, I would not have accepted the job offer. The HR department was too friendly. I should've noticed that something was wrong with that. Once there, you can expect very little support from them.
