Applied the job online, was quickly selected to answer a few questions via an email link to 'check' my suitability for the role. The questionnaire should supposedly take 3 minutes to complete.

Question 1
I was provided a few easy questions such as describe yourself in 3 words, and why I would like to join the company. However, there was a question where it asked how much would I be willing to sacrifice in working additional or long hours. This feels like a big red flag ie it seems the company has a culture of working exceeding normal hours and are looking for such candidates. I looked at other reviews and this confirms it. I answered honestly and of course did not get any further.
