I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Storm Guard (Colorado Springs, CO) in Oct 2022
Interview
This was a joke of an interview. I was placed in a group interview with over 90 other applicants for an entry level position after applying to and hearing back from the hiring team. The way that the team made it sound, it would be a panel interview, I was not, it consisted of one person from the company doing a web seminar on their product and prospect line. Their offer of 75-85k was mis represented. They explained as the first thing that "The work is really hard, but this is a commission only position, so if you put the work in, you can do it." I felt completely bait and switched. I left the interview early, and responded to the HR team informing them I would like to respectfully withdraw my employment request.
