3 stages of the interview process, 1st Talent Acquisition member; 2nd Director of the branch; 3rd CEO of the company; quick and efficient, usually very responsive TA team. Overall, a good experience but a lot of high expectations set as well.

Interview
After passing their questionnaire, having an initial interview with the recruiter and passing the test (how would respond to emails), I was invited for an interview with the director and his colleague. The director was very positive but the other colleague looked very disinterested. Interview didn’t feel like it accomplished anything. Was then ghosted by the company. Was given no update about my application and my emails and LinkedIn messages were ignored by the recruiter who had originally reached out to me for the position. Very unprofessional and rude. Don’t mind not getting the position but could at least be told and not ignored. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a frequent thing with this company. Very disappointing.
