The application process consisted of 4 steps 1. Written application, case response, and pitch - Submitted resume, cover letter, transcripts. Responded to questions related to preferred working environment and answered case question related to the role. Created PowerPoint presentation in response to one of several pitch prompts. 2. Phone interview with middle manager - Fairly routine phone interview with typical questions and more specific question related to education and the role. Lasted approximately 30 minutes 3. In-person testing - IQ and personality type testing, case questions, and presentation. Lasted approximately 1.5 hours. 4. Phone interview with partner - More questions related to education, the role, what the company's principles mean, etc. Lasted approximately 1 hour.
