3 years ago, it was just a basic set of questions about whether I could do the job or not. They needed help so I was able to get in the next day and begin my role in the department I was placed into. Odd questions like they made them up on the spot.

I was offered the job before they even asked any questions. The first question they asked was "When can you start working?", and offered me the job before anything, really. Very nice people, desperate, too.

Interview
This process was fairly informal, they ask you plenty of situational questions that are common sense. If you answer them then you will be just fine. The interview process requires no drug test or background check, although they do require you to take one if they feel like it is necessary.
