I wanted to share this because positive interview experiences aren’t always posted, and this one felt worth mentioning. Even though I wasn’t selected for the role, the communication throughout the process and afterward was thoughtful, transparent, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. The team was warm and welcoming and easy to talk to from the start, which made a big difference. The conversations were engaging, and it was clear the team genuinely enjoys what they do and who they work with. That came through in such a real way that my interview nerves quickly faded, and I was able to be myself in what is usually an uncomfortable situation of trying to talk through and market yourself. I’m grateful to everyone who took the time to meet with me and for the experience overall, and I wish the team continued success.
