      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Strapi in Jul 2021

      Interview

The process was very well-structured and smooth. I was informed about every step along with feedback and plenty of opportunity to meet the team after passing technical test. Test itself was quite intense, but also interesting to work on. At every stage of the process it really felt like I was communicating with people who care and not just recruiters for the sake of recruiting. Very much enjoyed the debriefing stage of the interview as it provided me with valuable feedback on the technical part.
