The process was nice, there is an interview with Manager , then there is an assessment test . The assessment test is taken on woven, which is a good platform and you also receive a feedback for the test irrespective whether you make it through or not. Then there is an interview with the team based on system design, which is actually data modelling and warehousing design. This piece of information was wrongly conveyed to me, so I prepared for normal software system design questions. A huge mistake . Anyway I made it through, I got an interview with CTO, which was the worst. These people are very friendly and passionate about what they want to do but I think they aren’t able to convey the same to the interviewee. I was asked whether or not , I need sponsorship. I thought I have gotten through, but to my sadness that was far from true. I got a reject mail after being ghosted for a week. And the reject mail was very generic, didn’t include anything. And that was horrible on their side because they had sent out a similar mail to all reject participants but I made through the last round, they could have been more specific and considerate. Overall a moderate experience, but I won’t recommend this to any recent graduate student. You are just wasting your time like I did for a month. And was not even told properly what went wrong.
