Disorganized scheduling. SEI didn't seem to read emails about availability and kept sending invites for times I wasn't available. Asked for class lesson and presentation for first interview and then said follow up would be a lesson they provided. When that interview was scheduled, they asked for another lesson plan. References were requested after first interview, no offer had been made, and each had to fill out pretty extensive questionnaires. Not clear on compensation when asked during interview.
