Initial screening call (30-40 minutes) On site interview, 2 hour long meetings with positions manager, current position holder, and COO. Very friendly, personable, clearly enjoy working there. Was a great meeting. Met with 2 advisors to share what they are looking for and their experiences. Also a great meeting. Unfortunately declined the offer because we couldn’t find a workable salary for me. However, their reasoning is because I wanted more than the rest of the team would be making. Which was a PRO. I really appreciated their openness and that they wanted to maintain a level or fairness between employees. 10/10 experience. It didn’t workout for me to accept the offer, but they are a great company and I hope that someday I can Interview again and we can find a good agreement between us for me to join the team. Would definitely recommend applying.

Question 1
Very broad interview. Behavioral questions, long term and short term goals, questions related to my current position and simply my current life. They keep you on your toes and want to see if you’re personable and also a good employee. Go In calm and prepared and you’ll do fine. They’re very friendly, fun, and prepared.
