I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Strategyzer (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2022
Interview
Was approached by the recruiter via LinkedIn to gauge interest. Then first phone phone screen was with recruiter and was casual and about my background and experiences to date. Then 2nd phone screen was with the CEO (virtual) who made it very comfortable to talk with.

Interview
Zoom call with someone from HR for 30 minutes. Standard screening questions, other half was talking about how great the company was because no one has bosses there, which I found weird. Ghosted after the interview. Follow-up email sent and never received a response.

Question 1
How would you react to working with management that is straight to the point and has a no-nonsense policy.
I applied online. I interviewed at Strategyzer in May 2022
Interview
I felt like Strategyzer they had no respect for my time.
One of the requirements for the job interview was to make a four minute video application answering some questions about you.
After spending the whole afternoon preparing the questions, the video and submitting, I get to find that the questions were different on both the LinkedIn post and the job application site. I reported this to the hiring manager asking for clarification and never received a response. Furthermore, four weeks after my video was never even viewed.
They ask you to take your time making a video answering questions to then not view it, and not even send you an email saying: thanks for your interest unfortunately you've not been selected for the position.
Strategyzer had no respect for myself or my time. If this is how they treat applicants probably speaks a lot about how they treat employees.
