Applied online, had phone call, had an interview, the manager was nice and laid everything out and had some math questions. Overall smooth process, they set up everything else after.
You have to do a zoom interview that conducts 3 or 4 personnel. After interviewing if you get told you will be going to the next phase you are practically hired.
