Interview
The company was very professional and friendly towards applicants. Qualified applicants are contacted within a week for an initial skills test specific to the position applied for. Those who pass proceed to 1:1 interviews with senior staff of the department, then a final panel interview with the management team. Everything is scheduled promptly, and interviews are conversational and are comprised of interesting, well-thought out questions.
