How much experience in the field and teaching experience.

Interview
It was professional, but relaxed and fairly conversational. They seemed very positive and I felt like it went well. They told me they would reach a decision and let me know in about five days. I didn’t hear from them until months later, when they let me know, they had moved forward with another candidate.

I honestly don’t remember anymore. They seemed fairly standard, but not completely generic, I felt like they were asked with some sense of who I was and my experience and how I might fit with their students.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Strayer University (Cedar Hill, TX)
Interview
After the initial call, they had me come in and do a mock lecture before them. There were about 3 present in the room. They each had the opportunity to ask me questions ranging from my background to my passions.

Typically they asked questions of how problems were solved in the past and the results. They also asked what went well about the presentation I just gave and what could have been done better.
