I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Streamline Development (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2021
Interview
This was one of the more interesting interviews I've ever experienced. They didn't ask any of the questions I had prepared for, but instead it felt more like a conversation with someone I might encounter while going about my day.

Interview
Application gives you a very different impression than the actual position. The application makes you think you are applying for a marketing/pr position but once you begin interviewing, you quickly realize that you will be a vendor booth sales rep. At no point will you work with an actual client, instead you will be asking for donations from the general public at grocery stores and other retail settings. This is not a marketing company.

Question 1
What experience do you have in sales?
What experience do you have in confrontational settings?
How do you perform under stress?
How do you perform with customer services?
Have you ever worked with a non-profit before?
This is a direct marketing company, we engage with the public in a grassroots setting. It is called multi-donor marketing and social entrepreneurship. We are working on behalf of the client, but don't have people at at our entry level positions working directly with the non-profits we work with. I am sorry that there was a confusion with indirect or social media marketing. We hope you find what you are looking for.
