I was given no art test at the time, so after sending an appication, within a few days got called in for a on-site interview. Standard process, brought into the meeting room and talked for about an hour.

Standard question and answer type of interview.Applied though online and after couple of weeks communicating with the HR, was called in for a on-site interview. No art test given at that time.
They will email you the date and time to do interview. Interview happen in about 30-45min. You will meet the PM and Lead. The lead will talk about the technical thing a bit. PM also asking basic question and summary about working here.
