      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Streck (La Vista, NE) in Mar 2026

      Interview

Horrible!!! It was the most stressful interview I’ve ever had in my life! They bring you in and make you do an assessment that doesn’t make sense, you are sweating and annoyed. 50 questions in 12 mins. Then they do an interview, I was grilled on why I wanted the position and why I was leaving my previous job and what was wrong with the company etc. so much so that it felt like they were rage baiting me. I wanted to get up mid interview and with draw my application just to get outta the room. It was intense, rude and I almost had a panic attack. If they didn’t like your answer they would almost demand a better response and explanation. It was confusing and I didn’t feel comfortable. Afterwards the man to be my supervisor shook my hand with such force that as a woman I was very upset and offended. Even if they called to offer me the job I would decline right away. The way I felt after the interview… there’s no way I would want to work for the man at my job everyday. They are suppose to make you feel wanted and excited about the job. Nope definitely not!
