Striata interview questions

Two interviews with a technical take-home between. Interviews were quite straightforward Perl questions, and some simple personality/technical questions. Take home test was a review/extension on an email sorting algorithm, which took me around 10 hours to review, optimize and refactor as the questions asked, although it could probably be done faster if not for the optimization. Second interview was a quick feedback of my code and went over salary expectations. Benefits were not mentioned.

The technical evaluation was pretty weak. After passing this, we met at a coffee shop and I was basically handed the job. I should have known something was up from this point on...
