Interview
Met with the senior managers, then met with a few team members and more senior managers. It was a great experience and they articulated the culture very well. The team are engaged and passionate about the company and the brand.

Interview
Two interviews with a technical take-home between. Interviews were quite straightforward Perl questions, and some simple personality/technical questions.
Take home test was a review/extension on an email sorting algorithm, which took me around 10 hours to review, optimize and refactor as the questions asked, although it could probably be done faster if not for the optimization.
Second interview was a quick feedback of my code and went over salary expectations. Benefits were not mentioned.

(Technical test) Review a short (20-30 lines) piece of code and refactor it several ways, including functional/OOP.
The technical evaluation was pretty weak. After passing this, we met at a coffee shop and I was basically handed the job. I should have known something was up from this point on...
