screening interview was short and easy. then there's a tedious case study which I was asked to solve in a week and deliver a written memo. I received an auto-generated rejection email and no feedback
Case Study and Video Interview were well organized and thorough. Initial screening call followed by case study. Review of case study upon completion. Overall was a reasonable process to interview and showcase skills.
Initial recruiter screen for 30 mins discussing background and the role and then first round zoom interview. Followed up with the recruiter multiple times after with no response, not even a rejection just completely ignored time and effort put into the process.

Got a referral and arranged a screening call with an internal Stripe recruiter based in Ireland.
Quick call (20min), a brief description of the role and asked "tell me about yourself".
4 weeks later, 3 email follow-ups... not a single answer. It seems it would be typical example of being ghosted.
