It was a positive overall experience. Stripe trains their interviewers really well and really professional throughout. I do wish the last interview can be broken into several parts - not passing one part seems to mean an automatic no. Why go through another 3-4 hours of interviews if you didn't pass the first part? Other than that, I enjoyed the interview process because it felt like they were evaluating candidates holistically.

When the interview starts, they bring you a total new project, that you may or may not have the correct setup to run, they don't care about it.
