Started with an initial screening call and then an interview with the director, followed by an excel assessment and two additional 30 minute interviews with the team. I immediately felt the vibe of the great work culture from just the screening call. The interview with the director was very compelling and you can tell everyone who works there wants to be there. I was even sent an interview guide precious to my first round, which I’ve never seen before. *I accepted an offer from a separate company I was interviewing with after my first round with Strive, but I had such a pleasant experience that I just had to write a review here.
