Contacted via a head-hunting firm. Had a really great long chat with CTO in first call about what they are building. Then had a round of coding/algo interviews. Overall, wasn't too bad and everyone I met was very friendly.

Didn't make it past the technical call. Overall, not a bad process. A little disorganized. Seemed like things were thrown together at the last minute.
First there was a zoom Introduction Interview with a company manager.
Followed by a codility coding assessment.
If assessment results are high enough, next there is an in person interview.
