You go into a conference room and in my case, a few VPs came in and asked me how I would fit in the company. What I learned in school could help me work well with their company.

Standard, sit down interview. The managers will ask you the standard interview questions and let you ask them questions as well. They will most of the time let you know what they think of you after the interview.

Friendly interviewers easy to talk to. Asked basic questions with only one or two hard questions. Felt more like a conversation than an interview. After one interview was contacted within a week and brought in for an on site interview and offered the job.
