These people found me and invited me for an interview at the Bellefonte location. They said to me, tell me about yourself and proceeded to sit there in silence and stare at me after I told them about my work history and life for a bit. Afterwards, I found out that they didn't even read my resume before I showed up when they asked me why I switch jobs every 6 months to a year. The earliest I ever left a job was at about 2 years and always with a 2 week notice mainly because I was young and still searching for the right career. He said word for word that switching jobs from a sales job to another sales job is "BS" because "sales is sales no matter where you're at." This was probably the most laughable statement I've ever heard from anyone in sales and the other manager chuckled when he said it. And again, these people found my information and reached out to me for an interview just to waste time from what it appears.
This was probably the worst interview I've ever been a part of. The way it was conducted was very amateur and unprofessional for a company of their scale. The store manager also interrupted me mid-sentence to answer a phone call from an employee about a food order without apologizing or warning.
Not a company I can recommend after this. There were too many red flags that couldn't be ignored like the manager giving me attitude when I said I was looking to switch careers because of career development and financial stability for my family. They didn't really understand that and thought it was disrespectful to my current employer for applying and interviewing at other jobs. I don't really know why they are interviewing because it honestly felt like they were just telling me to keep my current job from the start.
I declined the position before they could even respond. I've been in sales for 10+ years and long enough to notice a unprofessional management.
