I applied through other source. I interviewed at Studio C5 (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
Fairly relaxed. Got to meet the team and talk shop. Most questions were about past work experience, though there were also your typical "get to know you" type questions. Got a good vibe from them.

Question 1
What kinds of content have you developed for other clients? What do you do to stay up on best practices for SEO?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Studio C5 (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2016
Interview
My interview process was thorough, but it was necessary to make sure it was a good fit for both the company and myself. The CEO is open and direct about where he's at and his vision, and is trying to build the right team to get him there.
He asks some "out of the box" questions to try and understand your personality better, to make sure you'd be a great job function fit, as well as a great culture fit too. I enjoyed the process and accepted the offer.
I now sit in on almost every interview we have and can be sure that we focus on finding the right person for the company based on those same 2 parameters (the best job function and culture fits we can find), regardless of what race, nationality, religion, or gender they may be.

Question 1
What types of marketing/software programs are you most capable in?
I applied online. I interviewed at Studio C5 (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
I interviewed for a Brand Manager position and would go on to work for the company for some time. In a matter of months after I was hired, we were in search of additional team members, so I was able to sit in on some interviews from the other perspective. It was then that I realized that there were several deceptive aspects to the way that the CEO ran the interviews. The most prominent example would be that the CEO will ask interviewees, "What do you do on the weekends?" This is his way of figuring out if your time on Sundays includes going to church. If he finds out that you do go to church, you have automatically gained favor. If you do not mention attending church, he will be biased against you.
Additionally, the CEO is openly biased against women. He openly stated on several occasions that he believed that men were more intelligent and that he needed to get more men in the office.
Needless to say, this is all very unethical, if not illegal.
